Our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team includes oversight by a medical doctor as well as a physiatrist (a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation) and specially trained nurses and aides, in addition to physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our social worker, recreation therapists and registered dieticians are also part of the team who work closely with the client and family. We incorporate the most advanced techniques into individualized care plans that result in superior outcomes, and earlier, safer discharges to home and maximum independence.
